POLYSOURCE®

The POLYSOURCE Difference

Epsilyte’s POLYSOURCE is a versatile material with high-impact protection and excellent durability. Produced using proprietary technology at our manufacturing facility in Piqua, Ohio, POLYSOURCE has an expanded density three times higher than other grades, making it the perfect material for safety helmets.

Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in POLYSOURCE, available with 50% certified post-consumer recycled content certified by SCS Global. This means that the material contains recycled content from sources verified to meet rigorous sustainability standards, reducing the environmental impact of your products.

POLYSOURCE can be customized to meet your specific design needs, with a range of colors and design options available. Aside from helmets, POLYSOURCE may be seen inside high-tech electronic equipment, packaging, worm boxes, pothole fillers, test tube holders, duck decoys, toys, and more.
