Brad Crocker
Chief Executive Officer
In 1992, Brad entered the pine chemical industry, joining Chemical Products Division of Union Camp Corporation, where he held various positions until 2003. He joined Resolution Performance Products, the world’s largest producer of epoxy, shortly after its divestment from Shell Chemicals. Brad led the divestiture of IAR of Harima Chemicals, which formed Lawter, Inc.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Georgia. Following college, he served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army.
Glenn Wredenhagen
President
Glenn has over 30 years of experience in the EPS industry serving in roles that include Project Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Plant Manager. Before joining Epsilyte, Glenn was President/CEO and a minority shareholder of StyroChem, a position in which he served for 12 years.
Glenn holds a diploma in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University. He is married with two children, and loves running, traveling, drinking wine, and going to shows with his wife and friends.
Dan Bialkowski
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Epsilyte, Dan was the Chief Financial Officer for America's Styrenics from 2012 to 2020. Earlier in his career, he held various finance and accounting roles at Laweter, Hexion, and Ashland.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from Bowling Green State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Chris Eager
Vice President, Operations & EHS
Prior to joining Epsilyte, Chris spent 18 years with Flint Hills Resources, holding various roles in process engineering, production planning, health and safety, and operations.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama. He is a member of the Board of Directors of both the Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development and the Chemical Industry Council of Illinois. Chris is married with four daughters and enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and golf.
Jon Timbers
Chief Sustainability Officer
Before joining the Epsilyte family, Jon was the Director of Innovation and Sustainability at Americas Styrenics (AmSty). He helped launch Regenyx, an AmSty joint venture and one of the world's first full-scale advanced recycled facilities. Before that, Jon spent the first 15 years of his career as an engineer in polymer manufacturing facilities for both Dow Chemical and AmSty. With polymer industry experience that ranges from Plant Manager to Market Manager, Jon has a diverse background and a deep understanding of the industry.
Jon earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has stayed active with the Angelman Syndrome Foundation after serving for three years as their annual Chicago Walk coordinator. Jon has two daughters who made their dad proud by attending the University of Michigan. He is an avid cyclist and can often be found on bike trails around Cook County, Illinois.
Matt Myren
General Counsel
Before joining the Epsilyte family, Matt was General Counsel for several companies under private equity ownership for 14 years. Matt served as Legal Vice President for over 12 years at Sears, responsible for complex transactions/M&A, Securities, Procurement, Merchandising, IT, and HR legal work. Prior to his time at Sears, he was a corporate associate at the international law firm Skadden Arps in Chicago.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Iowa. He served as President of the Barrington Area United Way and is currently the President of a private school board. Matt is married with four boys and loves to play guitar and sing with his cover band, enjoys long-distance trail running, drinking wine, traveling, and reading.
Marco Zucchi
Chief Information Officer
For 20 years prior to his role with Epsilyte, Marco provided executive strategic services for multiple companies under prior equity ownership. He thrived in implementing foundational systems in these high-growth companies. Before that, he was an international ocean transportation agent and served in Operation Desert Storm in the US Army's 986th Air Ambulance Unit.
Marco holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. He serves on the Board of Brides Against Breast Cancer, raising awareness and offering educational resources. Marco lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, with his family and enjoys boating, scuba diving, and international travel.
George Needs
Director, Human Resources
Before joining Epsilyte, George developed his HR and business acumen through over 20 years of progressive HR experience in nuclear, higher education, manufacturing, and logistics.
George earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Western Illinois University. He holds an SPHR certification and recently completed a Certificate in HR Ethics to reinforce his commitment to the highest standard of ethics and professional excellence. George is married with four adult children and enjoys Hallmark movies, outdoor chores, serving others, and sports.
Todd Galliart
Director, Business
Before joining the Epsilyte family, Todd served in various Finance and Commercial roles within Flint Hills Resources for 13 years, including Business Manager, Product & Logistics Manager, and Economics and Planning Manager for the EPS business.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Real Estate, and Decision Sciences from Wichita State University. Todd is married with two boys and a girl. He loves to coach baseball, attend Green Bay Packers and Chicago Cubs games, and hike with the family.
John H. Gratz
Director, Capital Projects & Site Manager
Before joining the Epsilyte family, John served as the Capital Manager and subsequently as the Manufacturing Manager for Honeywell UOP’s catalyst manufacturing plant in Shreveport, Louisiana. Prior to UOP, John worked for engineering and manufacturing companies in various management roles. He also founded and managed his own management consulting company serving the manufacturing industry for over 19 years.
John earned his Bachelor of Science from Grove City College and his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He served on the board and as head of trustees for churches he attended and coached boys’ soccer teams for over a decade. John is married with both a son and a daughter. He enjoys international travel - especially to Norway with his family. They hike, fish, swim, enjoy nature, and visit relatives and friends.
Gaetan D’Agostino
Director, Finance
Before the StyroChem acquisition by Epsilyte, Gaetan was the Executive Vice-President and CFO for 15 years. His attention to detail, good listening skills, and empathy are symbols of his appreciation by his clients. Gaetan is effectively supported by a team of financial specialists whose teamwork and professionalism help him build long-term relationships and provide excellent service.
Gaetan holds an accounting degree and an MBA from McGill University and HEC, a graduate business school of the Université de Montreal, and a Chartered Administrator, C.Adm. He is married and has two children. His son is currently pursuing education in Accounting and Finance, and his daughter is a lawyer. Gaetan enjoys traveling, reading, is an avid sports fanatic, and spending time with his family.
Grace Leal
Controller
Before Epsilyte, Grace managed the full cycle accounting operations and financial reporting, and consolidations for a global holdings company. For ten years prior, she held various accounting and management positions across the manufacturing and oil and gas industries.
Grace holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Houston. She is an avid fan of musical theater and the performing arts. Grace also enjoys traveling, road trips to the Texas Hill Country, and playing tennis.
