Brad Crocker was appointed CEO of Epsilyte in 2020, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in the chemical and advanced materials industries. He leads the company with a strong focus on customer relationships, technical excellence, and agile market responsiveness.
Prior to Epsilyte, Brad served as President and CEO of AmSty, and held senior roles at Lawter, Nalco, International Paper, and Momentive Specialty Chemicals. His deep expertise in performance chemicals and polymer technologies has shaped Epsilyte’s growth and its focus on delivering innovative, sustainable EPS solutions.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Georgia and is a former commissioned officer in the U.S. Army.

Glenn Wredenhagen
President
Glenn Wredenhagen serves as President of Epsilyte, overseeing all commercial, procurement, and logistics operations across the company’s North American footprint. With more than 30 years in the EPS industry, Glenn brings deep operational and market insight to his leadership, with a proven track record in biodegradable EPS and food packaging innovation.
Prior to Epsilyte, Glenn spent 12 years as President and CEO of StyroChem, where he led advancements in sustainable EPS technologies and expanded the company’s presence in critical end-use markets.
He holds a diploma in Business Management and an MBA from Athabasca University. Known for his ability to translate market trends into strategic execution, Glenn plays a key role in strengthening Epsilyte’s customer service, supply chain resilience, and production efficiency.

Dan serves as Chief Financial Officer of Epsilyte, overseeing all aspects of the company’s corporate finance function, including audit, treasury, tax, financial planning, and internal controls.
He joined Epsilyte in 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous roles as CFO of Americas Styrenics and senior finance positions at Ashland, Lawter, and Hexion.
Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He brings strategic financial discipline that helps Epsilyte scale responsibly, while maintaining long-term value for customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Sr. VP, Operations & Supply Chain
Chris Eager is responsible for safe, compliant, and efficient EPS production across all Epsilyte facilities. He leads the company’s environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs, as well as sales and operations planning (S&OP) to ensure alignment between customer demand and production capacity.
With a background at Flint Hills Resources and deep expertise in chemical engineering and plant operations, Chris plays a key role in capacity planning, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of North Alabama.

Director, Innovation and Sustainability
Jon Timbers leads sustainability, innovation, communications, and government affairs at Epsilyte. He plays a key role in guiding the development of advanced EPS materials, such as EVRgreen® biodegradable EPS, and oversees the company’s recycling initiatives and sustainability strategy.
Prior to Epsilyte, Jon served in leadership roles at AmSty, where he helped launch one of the first large-scale advanced recycling ventures. He began his career as a chemical engineer at Dow and has held roles in plant operations, product development, and market strategy.
Jon holds dual degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is passionate about advancing polymer technologies that support energy efficiency, performance, and the circular economy.

Marco Zucchi serves as Chief Information Officer of Epsilyte, leading the company’s information technology strategy, including ERP systems, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure. He plays a critical role in enhancing system efficiency and data integrity across Epsilyte’s U.S. and Canadian manufacturing sites.
Before joining Epsilyte, Marco provided strategic IT leadership to several equity-owned companies and previously served in the U.S. Army during Operation Desert Storm.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and is an active supporter of charitable initiatives focused on cancer awareness.
